American Quaternary Association 2012 meeting

REGISTRATION and ABSTRACT SUBMISSION ARE NOW OPEN

The 2012 Biennial Meeting of the American Quaternary Association is now open for registration and abstract submission at http://www.cce.umn.edu/American-Quaternary-Association-Meeting/index.html.

The theme of the meeting is: From Floods to Droughts: Water, Climate Variability, and their Impacts in the Holocene.

The meeting is hosted by the Dept. of Geological Sciences and the Large Lakes Observatory at the University of Minnesota Duluth. The venue is the Duluth Entertainment and Convention Center on scenic Duluth harbor.

Deadlines to remember:

• April 1: Student travel grants
• April 1: Abstracts
• May 31: Registration at regular rate
